Qualifications

• Teaching or Training Experience: Greico Financial requires all of our instructors to have teaching or training experience.  Applicants without 2+ years teaching experience will have to undergo a more rigorous training process to ensure that candidates are at par with Greico Financial standards.
• Financial Industry Experience: All of our instructors are required to have extensive financial industry experience and be fully licensed with the Series 7 (past registrations may suffice). In exceptional cases, candidates without a license will have the opportunity to take the exam to ensure preparedness.
• Belief in the Greico Mission: All of our instructors must be committed to the Greico vision of providing the most exceptional course experience. Our instructors are teachers and nor narrators. Our instructors will help all students achieve success and actively participate in course development. 
• Flexibility in Evenings: Though our organization works with instructors to determine a suitable teaching schedule, part-time instructors are required to keep  some flexibility on evenings to meet our growing capacity.
